Excellent customer service. Ken Corbett just left. He is skilled, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He gives credit to you and Matt for insisting on the customer oriented approach. I called because one of the Andersen windows installed by Reef NINE YEARS AGO was not working properly.
Your firm's and Ken's approach to a problem from an addition completed years ago is commendable. Ken repaired the window in question and, unasked, also repaired a set of hallway doors that had expanded such that they did not close properly. He made suggestions for keeping the windows operating smoothly in the future and said that if his solution did not work to call back.
